All statistics referenced on this website (e.g., average close times, valuation uplifts) are based on historical performance and are not guarantees of future results.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties to any transaction managed by Handoff Advisory will be required to sign confidentiality agreements (NDAs) before receiving sensitive business information. Handoff Advisory maintains strict confidentiality protocols and will not disclose identifying information about any business without the owner's explicit consent.

5. Fees

Handoff Advisory operates primarily on a success-fee basis, meaning our compensation is tied to the successful closing of a transaction. Specific fee structures are outlined in individual engagement agreements. We reserve the right to charge consulting or retainer fees for certain engagements, which will be disclosed upfront.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Handoff Advisory and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission. The Handoff Advisory name and logo are trademarks of the Company.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Handoff Advisory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Handoff Advisory in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Disputes
