Both parties to any transaction managed by Handoff Advisory will be required to sign confidentiality agreements (NDAs) before receiving sensitive business information. 5. Fees

Handoff Advisory operates primarily on a success-fee basis, meaning our compensation is tied to the successful closing of a transaction. Specific fee structures are outlined in individual engagement agreements. We reserve the right to charge consulting or retainer fees for certain engagements, which will be disclosed upfront.

6. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability
